Hargull the Skulltaker

Hargull (a.k.a. Skulltaker)

Hargull the Skulltaker was one out of many beastmen warlords, whom their 'civilization' on Lana tends to produce in great number, with most of them launching invasions on neighbouring lands, in hope of pillaging, murder, rape and enslavement. They are the highest level of civilization (and political organisation) that the beastmen in Lana (and beyond) are naturally capable of.   The history of Hargull the Skulltaker begins on Lana, circa 180 PIE, where he managed to somehow unite a vast group of tribes, leading them in an invasion of elven Kingdom of Vestiria in Western Karathia. Using a vast numerical superiority - and the ruthlessness of their warriors - he managed to overwhelm defenders of the the Vestirian Isles between the years 184-186, settling on the conquered lands.   Hargull the Skulltaker died soon after that, with details of his death unknown for historian of today. While sorcerer-kings of Vestiria managed to reconquer most of the lost parts of Vestirian Isles, but with descendants of Hargull Skulltaker's host still living in northern forests.   He is also attributed with the creation of Noxious Skull, supposedly made from skull of certain daemon (or beast, as the source differ on that matter) he slain during his ascension to the position of warlord.
