Gardens by the Bay

Gardens by the Bay is home to an exotic selection of wildlife kept in a thriving environment through an incredible feat of science and a hint of magic and is a wellspring of nature magic as a consequence of that. Operated by NParks and staffed by many Sabara Conclave members, Gardens by the Bay is the result of the Grove Bay Project and is at present the densest source of natural magic along the sea line. 
The Domes The 2 Domes enclose a number of the more climate-sensitive plants and are especially wondrous regions, simulating natural environments that are beyond what Singapore can naturally produce. Consequently, it is the home of many nature spirits, like dryads, faeries, nymphs, and the like. They range from animals to fully sentient beings. Most spirits are tied to the plants they are born from and are not well adjusted to the local climate, most deciding to work with NParks or Sabara. However, there are especially hardy nature spirits who are either resilient enough or stubborn enough to survive outside the domes, and they pursue whatever purpose they see fit to pursue.
The magical energy in the domes is very strong and is used to further support the stability of the dome's protection from the elements. If need be, the dome can become invincible against magical threats, useful against the monsoon water spirits. This typically requires a high-level spellcaster on the scene to support it lest it becomes unstable. Fortunately, this task is usually undertaken by resident powerhouse Grandidier's Baobab, or just "Grand Bea" to her friends, a powerful dryad druid living in the Flower Dome, or by Lei Chi, a living sculpture that resides in the Cloud Forest, formed from a lychee root that secretly grows all through the building.
Staff Most of the Sabara members serving in the Gardens are researchers and conservationists, unlike at the forts. However, being a coastline location, it is at a significantly higher risk of a water spirit attack. As such, most of the staff are former Fort staff, or minimally combat magic trained. Day-to-day operations rarely get violent, however. Most staff spend their days tending to plants, guiding tourists and visitors, maintaining the facility, planning events and curating exhibits.
Notable Staff:

• Mhd. Nasir bin Zahir is a curator, researcher and former guide, being very passionate about conserving the environment. He has an affinity with the bat spirits/bats? (Earth Genasi)
• Alongside him in work is Diana Dracula, a faerie anchored to the eponymous flower in the Cloud Dome. She maintains climate control systems and is a skilled artificer and alchemist.
• Head Curator Shwei Xin Yue, a water genasi, is adaptable but firm in her decisions, making her not only a great curator, but also a powerful Archdruid.
• Jia Bou is the head of defence training, and was formerly stationed at Fort Siloso. A taciturn Oath of Ancients Paladin, he is old but sharp with his polearm skills, carrying a scythe disguised as a rake.
• El Drago, another dryad, is a big tough guy. Silent and stoic, but don't make him angry.
