Colarch
In the Zendylite Empire, as it was in the Targotian nation that preceded it, a Colarch is the ruler of any of the major cities (e.g. Carosh, Col Alore, Col Ekela, etc.). They are subordinate to the Triarchs, as they had been to the Sharrarch and to the Targarch of Targos before that, but otherwise exercise near-absolute power in their city and its surrounding domains.
