Zexi

The book of punishment, the book of Zexi is large and long as it details the sins people must forgive there gods for and so forgive themselves or they will be punished. This book also details the afterlife but not as a punishment but a general guide to the next life. This is the book of endings and so must include the end of all things or how to let go of things. Many only read the book once in their life and find it disturbing but those who observe the faith religiously must read it three times. Once before they turn 20 once before they mate and once after they have taken life. They say these times it is best to read it for the following reasons. Before you can become an adult one must learn they are mortal. Before one can commit themselves for life they must know how to forgive themselves and others. After they have taken a life for one can not understand what they have done until they have done it and it is the final end.
