Jeanne is a member of both the Peace Brigade and the Sisters of the Dragon. She travels with the Peace Brigade, spreading the word of both groups to the communities the Peace Brigade contacts. Her principal job is to reassure residents that the Peace Brigade is looking out for their best interests, but she is also tasked with speaking to travellers passing through so that they can carry the word of the Peace Brigade back to their home communities.
