Hakim Eesa
Hakim is a member of the Coop's executive council along with their sister, Dima. Both Hakim and Dima are a unified team on the council, always supporting the same positions and voting the same way. To court one's support is to court the other's as well. When they speak to the council, they will often complete one another's sentences.
Indeed, Hakim and Dima's joint actions extend beyond just the council. Since childhood, the two have been virtually inseparable. They share everything, including belongings and secrets. They even share their wealth, so that the two of them always have equal wealth and shares. Should the two of them ever be in a position to be either CEO or CFO, it's unclear what would happen, as the Coop's charter doesn't have any provisions for ties.

Hakim's eyes are different colours: the left a brilliant blue and the right a bright red.
Although not drawing as immediate attention as their eyes, the scars on Hakim's face tend to draw more long-term notice. The scars are not from injuries and are not always in the same place. The scars never seem to move while being watched, however. Yet look away for a moment and look back, and the scars might be in completely different places. Hakim has similar scars on the rest of their body and they switch positions as well, though clothing tends to hide this fact.

It is theorized that Hakim and Dima have some sort of telepathic bond, which would explain their ability to complete each other's sentences. More than that, it would explain how, on those few occasions when they spend more than a few minutes apart, each seems to know what the other is doing. However, neither has ever admitted to such a connection.
