The Veilfire Rebellion 4E, 271
During Artor Oakhand's reign, a group of magically inclined individuals loyal to Verak Veilfire emerged as a force challenging the traditional rule of the Magekings. Fueled by grievances against the increasingly radicalized leadership and seeking greater freedom for magical practitioners, the Veilfire Rebellion aimed to bring about significant changes in the governance and culture of Vuulydon. The conflict between the Mageking's forces and the rebels escalated, leading to a climactic battle that tested the very foundations of Vuulydon's authority and its oppressive magical hierarchy. Artor and Verak died in the final skirmish.
