Two-Eyes hired a hitman to burn down Boris' shop but was caught by Captain Dublin. Dublin was too late as the fire consumed the sleeping Boris.
Stormblood Quinn held him guilty of murder and publicly executed him in front of her city

Two-Eyes runs an enchantery named Wizbops but is threatened by the new man Boris Silverstaff. Boris is the cousin of the legendary Remus and Boto Silverstaff. Boris is an undercover member of the Seekers and is close with his cousin.
Due to some evil machinations and lying to Captain Dublin, Iona accidentally caused the arrests of Two-Eyes and Boris.
Boris was wearing Seeker garbs when he was taken down to the gallows. The two wizards were hung in front of the town.
