Spirit Oasis Poem

The Spirit Oasis is a sacred place for the people of Valhedge, a peaceful clearing in the heart of the forest where the spirits of the wild are said to dwell. The trees surrounding the clearing are adorned with offerings, and the ground is covered in soft snow. It is a place of meditation and reflection, where the people come to seek guidance and wisdom from the spirits.
"In the beginning, there was chaos and darkness, An emptiness that stretched beyond measure. But then the spirits came into being, Each one unique, with power and feeling.
They roamed the world, unseen and unfelt, Guiding the beasts and the plants that they dwelt. And as the spirits gathered in numbers, Their power grew and their wisdom unencumbered.
Then they came to a place deep and serene, Where the earth was soft and the waters clean. And there they found a hidden place, A mystical oasis with a sacred grace.
It was there they made their home, In this place where the spirits could roam. And from there they could hear the prayers, Of the mortals seeking help and care.
So it is that the Spirit Oasis came to be, A place of wonder and tranquility. And though its location is a mystery, Its power and grace are a part of history.
For the spirits dwell within us all, Guiding and watching, standing tall. And when we call upon their aid, They are there, with strength and grace."
Listen well, my child, for I shall speak of the Spirit Oasis, a place of great power and magic. It is said to lie at the very center of our world, hidden deep beneath the earth, where the spirits roam free and undisturbed.
Long ago, when the world was still young and the spirits roamed freely, there came a time of great unrest. The balance between the physical and spiritual realms was upset, and the spirits began to weaken and fade away. The land became barren, the winds fell still, and the waters turned to ice.
In their desperation, the people of the world turned to the spirits for guidance and aid, and the spirits, though weakened, heard their pleas. They journeyed to the center of the world, to a place of great magic and power, where they were able to rest and recover.
It is said that the Spirit Oasis is a place of great beauty and wonder, where the spirits dance and play, and the very air is infused with magic. Only the pure of heart and those who are truly connected to the spirits may enter, for the power within the oasis is too great for mortals to bear.
But when mortals call upon the spirits for aid or summon them to the mortal plane, they are whisked away from the oasis and into the world above. They come with great power and magic, imbued with the very essence of the Spirit Oasis.
Whether the Spirit Oasis is a physical place, or a metaphorical home for the spirits, no one knows for certain. But one thing is sure - the spirits are real, and they hold great power and magic. And we, the people of this world, must always remember to honor and respect them, lest the balance between our world and theirs be upset once more.
