Revenant

The Revenants are feared and respected in equal measure. These undead creatures are risen from the dead, but unlike zombies, they retain memories of their past lives and are driven by a singular, unfulfilled goal. They are said to be more intelligent and cunning than regular zombies, and their motivations can be far more sinister. Revenants are often depicted as being of dark and malevolent intent. Whether they are seeking revenge for a wrong done to them in life, or attempting to complete an unfinished task, the Revenants of this world are not to be trifled with. They are often depicted as being shrouded in darkness and eerily glowing with a haunting, ghostly light. Their abilities are said to include immense strength, a deadly cunning, and a connection to the spirit world that allows them to harness its power.
