Leech

The leech is a slimy, blood-sucking parasite that is often found in damp and stagnant waters. With its long, segmented body and sharp, toothed mouth, it is able to latch onto the skin of larger animals and feed on their blood for hours at a time. Though it is small in size, the leech is a formidable predator, and its presence is often met with revulsion and disgust.
