Hiordan Rek was a frail and haggard devotee of Rezial, the god of Death and Undeath, whose quiet life unraveled when he was arrested near Kragen Keep for possessing forbidden relics of worship. Locked away in solitary confinement, he endured the torment of Justiciary Shaul Vanthorn's interrogations and the cruel experiments of Lady Dekla Colt, who tested her family's Cobalt Colt Toxin on him. The poison turned his tongue a vivid blue, he also began seeing visions as his body was killed by the toxin.   When the Shatterbrand orchestrated a jailbreak, Hiordan seized his chance to fight for his god. Battling alongside fellow inmate Vitarian Valence, his fragile body burned with a zeal that defied its limits. Though he succumbed to his wounds in the chaos, his death was a violent act of devotion. Whispers of the hidden shrine to Rezial and the eerie remnants of his faith linger in the grasslands of Ivoria, a shadow of the fanaticism that consumed him.   Rezial Follower died in jailbreak Lived near the Kragen Keep. Disheveled middle aged man who was caught with items of worship for the god of Death and Undeath. Was arrested and was being tortured for information about a worship place to Rezial that Shaul Vanthorn was seeking. Was broken out by the Shatterbrand and convinced to fight for his god. He died trying to confront a jail guard alongside Vitarian Valence.
