A person who has become grayed continues to take care of themselves and complete tasks required for the collective. Their thoughts and history are added to the knowledge base of the Gray Mages. Asking a grey mage for information pulls you deeper into the allure of infinite knowledge. A greyed person's skin tone becomes desaturated and they dont say much passed mumbling while outside of the gray plane.
