Frostveil Algae

Frostveil Algae are a rare, silvery-white variety found in the icy lakes and rivers of the snowy north of the Jags. It are known for their cold-resistant properties and their ability to purify water. The wood elves of the Incantum Forest gather Frostveil Algae to create potions that grant temporary resistance to cold and to treat frostbite and hypothermia. If a tough winter is foreseen they will ask the Thistlepine Aelves to farm extra so their kin in the woods can make cloaks out of the woven plant.
