River Saltslug
Endangered. A creature that uniquely lives at the mouth of a river leading into an ocean. These little slugs are regularly used as a delicacy within groups of aristocrats seeking a salty snack.
Cephalopodus Adorabilis - Cuttlefish Extinct. Unfortunately after I discovered the psionic properties of the tiny little octopus, the market for them skyrocketed and man hunted them to extinction. The good note is that Kenneth was able to use my last adorabilis to solve the Black Fog. My greatest regret is that I led to the death of this unique and exemplary species.
Great Desert Shark Extinct. When more water used to flow through the Caluan Desert, the Desert Shark was more of a fearsome predator. For many years they were able t get by with a shrinking food source but as lakes became ponds and those became sporadic oasis, the desert sjark could no longer survive. This race has caused much confusion in the modern day as large fish skeletons can be seen preserved in the desert sands.
Stelian Coral Endangered. A coral reef based around Steelgale. The industrial revolution of the Hammerfist Empire has caused the quick downfall of this aquatic reef. Many fish species are at risk as their home is destroyed. A bronze gnome named Daxo has put in place underwater cleaners to hopefully calm the destruction.
Leviathan The last known leviathan. A large large quadrupedal whale that roams the deep was killed during the middle of the Pacuran Civil War. A corrupted Sootha attacked the heir of the Oceanthrone with this leviathan. From the stories I have been told, a forest gnome grew to the height of a giant and punched the leviathan to death.
