Drift Trail

Never fall asleep on the drift, your mind will wander forever.

The Drift Trail is a network of hidden paths connecting key points in the Weave to each other. Invisible to most, the trail is navigated by those attuned to the dreamscape, such as Gnarl and his brothers. The paths shimmer with faint light, flickering like dying embers, and are often accompanied by the sound of distant winds. While the trail offers a shortcut through the Weave, it is fraught with danger, as entities like the Night Terrors stalk its edges. When a Droft between communities begins, Twilight brightens the trail to ensure safety for her denizens.
