A secretive and outlawed sect devoted to Di’Neltaria, the Mother of Snakes—an ancient black dragon said to weep golden tears. Her followers believe in chaos as the natural order, seeing destruction and rebirth as divine cycles. They worship her from within her cavernous skull. Once scattered across Rhyte, the cult was relentlessly hunted by the followers of the Cindralkin and the Hierarch, who saw their draconic worship and sacrificial rituals as heresy. Through blood rites and sacrifice, they sought to awaken their long dead deity, but their numbers dwindled after brutal purges. Those who remain whisper of hidden sanctuaries and a future when their dragon mother will rise once more.
