His skin is cold to the touch and he can drain life force through his hands.
Raised Trineign Winterblood as a baby etin so the trolls would not kill the outsider. Trineign became powerful enough that he now leads the mountain trolls of Ugania.
His bite leaves his prey with cold, blueish skin. Seemingly a unique offspring of vampire.
