Cinnabar oil is a rare and highly prized substance, prized for its vibrant orange color and its potent alchemical properties. It is extracted from the rare and valuable mineral cinnabar, and is often used as a pigment in the production of paints and dyes. When used in small quantities, it is said to have the ability to enhance the effectiveness of magical spells and potions, and it is often sought after by alchemists and mages for this reason. However, cinnabar oil is also highly toxic, and it must be handled with caution. Some say that just a single drop of the oil on the skin can cause severe sickness or even death, and it is rumored that those who handle it too often become mad with the power it imbues.
