Black Ocean
The raging black water that all in existence floats in.
Nimbreach, the Black Ocean, is a vast, endless expanse of darkness that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Its inky blackness is punctuated by shimmering, sparkling asteroids, which float like tiny islands in the void. The planes of this world are vast, spinning spheres that hang suspended in the darkness, each with its own unique landscapes and creatures. Adventurers have learned to enter the Black Ocean and sail between the various planes of Nimbreach, navigating by the constellations that adorn the skies above. But beyond the mortal planes lies the cosmic breach, a wall of brilliant constellations that separates the mortal realm from the godly ones. And there are strange, surreal orange and blue nebulas that float through the Black Ocean, known as the dreamscape, where the veil between reality and fantasy is thin and malleable. To sail the Black Ocean is to embark on a perilous journey through the infinite unknown, where the only limits are the boundaries of the mind.
