1 month before the new year, a rumble happened under the lush ground of Eidon.
A giant black hand reached from the earth with a blue wizard fighting the monllithic hand.
Doni of the Void struck the colassal hand with his essence staff, turning the enormous hand to stone
Alart and his farmers had only lived on Eidon for around 50 years, before that it was nothing but sea stone and bed rock. Sootha and Oceanus traveled the Arid Sea and raised islands from the sea bed, terraforming what would eventually be dubbed Pacura.
the flora and fauna was placed by Sootha. On Eidon, they had a severe lack of stone and all their homes were wood
After this hand reached from the ground, Alart got his villagers to mine the hand, creating the foundations of many homes you see today with this material.
In the palm of the hand after it was defeated was a pool of black liquid and world tree rune covered roots wrapping around the grasping fingers.
Doni did not reveal much about his adventures. One day a group known as the Shatterbrand suddenly appeared in the village, they asked many questions and gave Alart 3 casks of rum of which he hid underneath the ground to age them.
The Shatterbrand and Doni met to discuss chronomancy, when they were examining the giant hand, the self proclaimed barbarian king Bran Durkeson attacked Eidon.
The Windslayer were pushing to aggressively on the mainland and Bran decided to try his luck on the new Pacuran island with no warriors. What he thought would be a simple vistory was thwarted by the Shatterbrand and the powerful wizard Doni. Bran and his main raiding swuad were killed, cementing in the erasure from history as the Windslayer Clan took over all their people and lands.
