Flara-Tarre 1 Langrange
If you wanted a place to refuel, L1 langrage would be the "it". Stationed near a gravitational slingshot point giving it the ability to act as one of the most convienent refueling locations possible, Flara-Tarre connected the three worlds together - and, more importantly, allowed connections to the Galenian Dyson Sphere.
A flurry of development followed the construction of the refueling station - now, thousands of people live in distant O'neill cylinders, along with a rapidly bustling commerical zone.
