The newest member of "The Rangers," Talis is a coyote transfer student from the Global Academy of the Arcane in Cordinhal. Effectively, he's the group mage. At 20, he's the youngest member of the team, but the only one who is magically inclined.

Personal history
Talis was born with a silver spoon in his muzzle. Only child of Martin Oslin, the count of Marlingport, he is next in line to the throne following either his father's abdication or demise.
Talis's education was largely done in a private setting- the best tutors and guardians his father could hire. Once his magical ability was discovered, his education followed that path. Far from being the most powerful mage, himself, his smarts in the arcane are his best quality.
