Tervi Morgella is the top ranked member of the Estiana guild. Their have achieved the top ranking spot of all three positions available in the guild and has the highest success rate out of all the guild members.
Artifacts
Nolight and Lastlight are Druin artifacts that Tervi carries on their person at all times.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Tervi is a slender creature of average height. They don't look very strong but they are pure muscle from head to toe.
Facial Features
They have sharp features with a pointy turned up nose and large knowing eyes.
Apparel & Accessories
Tervi is often seen wearing the custom grey cloak and black red mask that is given to all who join the Estiana. Under her cloak there can be heard the jingle of various bracelets that clink against the hilt of her custom short swords. Her cloths are often black and close fitted so they don't snag while on the job.
Specialized Equipment
Tervi has custom swords that are rumored to be of Druin make. The one sword a curved serrated edged blade that crackles with lightning energy is called Crackle. Their other sword is straight and thin with a fully black blade that have a constant black mist rolling off of it. It is rumored that the sword absorbs the souls of it victims and their hatred and regrets deals additional damage to its next victim. This sword is called Nullonthun or Nolight.

Personal history
Tervi had grown up an urchin in the streets of Omynhil. She found she had a talent for disappearing into the shadows after stealing her dinner and was adept at getting out of a fight if she needed too. It is said that the High Mask had seen her in action and recruited her themselves though no one has been able to ever confirm this story as no one talks to the High Mask casually or even knows who the High Mask is. Since then Tervi has climbed the ranks to be top of every job in the guild granting her the title of Throden.
Education
Tervi has a basic education. Meaning she can read and right common and draconic and can do basic maths so she can haggle job prices. There have been reported sightings of her in the local library or town hall looking through old records and doing research on targets presumably.
Employment
Tervi has been employed by the Estiana for some 150 years now and has climber her way to the top. She works in the guild as a Throden which is someone who works in all three positions the guild has to offer.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Their greatest accomplishments would have been being asked by the High Mask themselves to become part of the guild and climbing to the number one rank in the guild.
Failures & Embarrassments
They have few failures or embarrassments, but one notable failure was when they lost a target at sea due to a freak storm that had sunk the targets ship before she could get on board. Her Contact had still offered to pay her for the job but she refused the pay because she felt she hadn't earned it.
Morality & Philosophy
Tervi follows strict rules of their own making. Power comes first, family comes second and those she kills should not have given someone a reason to want them dead if they didn't have the skill to keep themselves alive.

Motivation
Tervi is motivated by the competitive nature of the Estiana. Her position is constantly under threat from the other member of the guild who want to be take the top rank. The hunt is also a motivation for Tervi whether it be hunting down a precious treasure, secret information or a target.

Likes & Dislikes
Tervi loves to hunt and thunderstorms. But nothing can compare to hunting during a thunderstorm.
As for dislikes Tervi despises people who brag about their past jobs or current marks in detail. Those who have loose lips deserve to be hunted for their lack of control.
Vices & Personality flaws
Tervi has been known to have a long black pipe they carry around with them that they use to smoke tabacco. Everytime a new drug hits the markets Tervi tries some so that she knows the effects and limits of the drugs on a creature. She insists it is important to know how each substance effects a creature so she can tell what drugs they are on from a distance. Some she has grown quiet fond of like spice and liqourice while other she deems a cowards drug like lions leaf and scratch.
Personality Quirks
Tervi often huffs out of their nose when they are annoyed or disgruntled. They also have a tendency to let smoke tendril out of their nose or out of the corner of the mouth when they are smoking.

Tervi is always immaculately clean and when they aren't they will quickly find somewhere to wash up.

Contacts & Relations
Tervi deals mostly with the High Mask of Estiana. They have a few other shady confections like merchants, dealers, tavern keepers and harbor workers. No one knows if they have any relations or family outside of the guild since they often disappear when they aren't working.

They don't talk to many people and come off as very standoffish. Many have felt that she was openly challenging anyone dumb enough to attack her. She carries herself with confidence and ferocity that can be intimidating.

They often lurk in the shadows and speak from their chest as if growling.

Their voice is lower than one would expect from a woman and sounds like a growl from their chest.

No one can place an exact number on the wealth of Tervi but it is assumed they have amassed quiet the hoard with being in the top rank. They often show their wealth by having a number of bracelets covering their wrists that often change indicating they have many to choose from.
