The child 5: finding safety

General Summary

The session started with 9 days of travel. the party was traveling down the penninsula of Mytaneia. During the 9th day of travel they found a giant's ruin close by a town. The party avoided the town for their own safety and went directly to the ruin. it was night and they could see lights on the inside. While Gebo looked at the runes on the outside, Aksil took a peek inside and saw orcs, minotaur and some Humans. aksil lead the feasting creautres away as they went to hunt him. The rest of the party started peeking around and figured out how the rune on the edge of the walls would actually work. it makes anybody unaware of the area not be able to find it. The party with aksil who circeled back around went into the ruins and fought all the people that stayed behind. This included a tanarukk. Kipe destroyed his spear in a devestating attack and took the spear of the tanarukk he killed wich was a magical spear called the Blood seeker. The party found most of whats needed to complete the illusion rune but only a little piece of the anchor stone was missing.
The party also found shards of a stone plate map that showed where other keeps are located. The party went to travel 3 days to another keep but couldn't find it. while traveling around trying to find the keep the party stumbled across a small lake with oak trees surrounding it despite being high in the mountains. The party looked and found a bunch of fey hiding at the lake. the fey after finding out that the party wasn't going to kill them they all set back the tables and the grills and went on with the party. The fey present were Pixies, sprites, Dryad, Naiad and Satyr. After spending a lot of time at the party with some members having a good time and others being embarresed. Some fairies did give direction and a desciption of where they saw a castle one day when they followed a giant very closely. The party found the spot the fairy described a point between 2 mountains peaks. and when Gebo accidentaly bumbed up againt the wall they found the castle.
