Naseer

The naseer culture was a culture of Dragonborn that developed on the east side of Mytaneia. It is different from other dragonborn culture in its views on non-draconic species. They went through the idea that humanoids aren't just food earlier than other dragonborn people.
This culture is still around as the dragonborn of eastern Mytaneia endured hardship but kept their homeland.
