Appearance

Eris has long black hair that reaches to her thighs. She wears the typical Fire Keeper uniform with the silver crown for blind ones. Her arms and feet are covered in wrappings, having only gotten a pair of shoes at Phindanshire. She has extremely pale skin. Her hands are covered in burn marks. Before losing her eyes, she had golden irises, now they are just eye sockets with scar tissue. On her date with Lyxsas she wore a white dress made from the silk of sails.

Personality

Eris used to be a meek person, caring more about others wellbeing then her own. She has been described by Deckie to be the kindest person that he knows. Eris has a need to have someone close to her, a need to have someone like her and to be useful. Due to the actions of her father she has abandonment issues. The party has also seen a much more relaxed version of her, getting absolutely wasted when going drinking. She had been in denial about the abuse she suffered from her father, having grown up thinking he was always right and knew best. After she defied her father, Eris has shown a more aggressive side of herself, snapping more easily and swearing. While she used to want to talk things out before, she has been much more in favor of just throwing fireballs at her problems as of recent.

Sulyvahn

"You’re going to stop talking now and then I’m gonna slooowly walk over to you… cram my hand inside your goddamn bitch-ass chest, and PULL OUT YOUR FUCKING HEART!"

Sulyvahn is Eris foster father, although there was very little connection between them. While she saw him as a stern father figure, he saw her as nothing more than a tool to get what he wanted, even going as far as to cut out her eyes when she pursued a relationship with someone. He ordered her to give him access to the Fire Soul, being more mildly annoyed when she defied him. When Sulyvahn was pulled away by the Soul Mass he reached out to her, making her wonder if he was reaching out for her or the Fire Soul inside of her.

Halflight

Eris her first boyfriend, having never actually broken up with him. He was similar to the men in romance novels she read, calling her sweet names, complimenting her. When Eris became blind it seemed like he vanished into thin air, causing her to think he simply abandoned her.

Alden

Eris’ half-brother from the same father. He was hired to safely bring her to her shrine. He insulted her casually, getting annoyed that she wouldn’t insult him back. Now they casually insult each other, almost as if it is a fun game. Alden was visibly confused when Eris thanked him for being alive.

Deckie

He could easily be called her best friend in the party. Deckie would gladly help her with her problems and so would she. Most of their time in the Demon Lands was spend together as she cut of a piece of her hair and casted light on it so he could see in the dark. Deckie has also been known as her wingman, talking to Lyxsas for her, helping her cheat in a card game to impress Lyxsas when she simply asked him to read her cards. He got slightly intimidated when she nearly beat him at darts. Deckie voiced his concerns when he had to kill Casia and with how things ended for Phoebe, Eris simply took him in her arms and tried to comfort him.

Leodithas Auffrye

Eris barely knew Leodithas, but she considered him a father figure to the group. She has expressed jealousy of his magic. However, when she tried to have him open up about himself and he questioned why she was still with them, she doubted if she could truly call the party her friends.

Zero

Eris thinks of Zero as a strong but reckless man, although less reckless than Deckie. She tried to help him get through a blockage in his soul, failing due to not being strong enough, at least she thought. When Eris felt like she failed at everything and tried to take her own life, he was the first person to spring into action, taking the dagger from her. Instead of trying to talk sense into her, he hugged her and comforted her.

Thorn

She doesn’t know much about Thorn, simply knowing about his pacifistic life.

Phoebe

Eris is very concerned about Phoebe, feeling for her when she told that the young girl was in the Demon Lands to support her father. When it looked like Phoebe betrayed everyone, instead of anger, she felt a deep sadness. She never stopped worrying about the girl, actively trying to help her when she suffered from Demon Fever and sending her and her father to Noha, a male Fire Keeper known to be accepting of everyone. Eris has casted sending to check up on their progress.

Lyxsas Amare

Their first sight was in the streets, Eris quickly developing a small crush on him. Officially they first met in the Outpost, where she asked if he could drink holy water as she wanted to make sure he had water to drink as she didn’t know if Tieflings could drink holy water. At the party, she went outside with Deckie, finding Lyxsas in the middle of casting a spell. Getting annoyed at his and Deckie’s behavior, she confessed that she liked him which he appreciated. Eris officially confessed her feelings after a near death experience, which he returned with a kiss. They had their first date in Phindanshire, where they agreed to, when all of this was over, find a place to settle down, get married and have a kid. The two of them got married after another near death experience for Eris. Weeks later, after being apart, Lyxsas and Eris did a ritual to possibly return her fertility.

Denna

The other Fire Keeper from Eris her shrine. She is mute and has a translator to help her speak to people. Denna is protective of her people and same goes for Eris. When Eris alarmed her that her father wanted access to the Fire Soul, she was shocked but ultimately denied Eris her request to have the party stand guard in the Soul Sanctum, much to Eris her dismay. Denna was very thankful when Eris brought back the Fire Soul, healing her wounds and urging them to enjoy the festival.
