Breaknight
Breaknight was an NPC of the
Smugglers of magic campaign.
He is a shadow sorcerer, as far as is known from birth.
Incredibly sadistic and truly derives pleasure of pain of others, combined with his magical strength making him wildly more powerfull than most opponents as he often fights street thugs. He likes to play with his opponenets and after fights they are often mutilated beyond recognition.
Breaknight was invited to join the Smugglers of Magic by Matsrur as a personal attack dog and spy. The 2 had met before in mercenary work Matt had done. and Matt invited Breaknight specifically because he needed somebody insane and dangerous to do his work for him at the time (or maybe he just wanted to, since he wasn't in the best mindspace at the time himself). He initially did work and reported directly to Matsrur, with others not even knowing he existed. Eventually other gang members did learn of his existence initially if only through bodies of other gang members, mutilated on the borders of Smuggler territory.
After the events of the campaign, when Matsrur left, Fièn took leadership of the orginization and with that also kept Breaknight in employment, who stayed because he liked his new job over mercenary work.
Breaknight has shadow magic, he seems to be able to use it to make himself near invisible, hiding in the shadows, additionaly he can use it to create powerfull sword like slashes with it
Breaknight wears all blacks basically always, he likes it, but mainly wears it out of practicality to be able to use his magic and hide it better and to hide in shadows in combination with his magic. He also is deeply scarred and has various piercings.
