Red revelers
The revelers were 1 of the 3 major gangs of Bersail, at least before their overtaking and destruction mostly at the hands of the Smugglers of Magic.
The gang dealt in all kinds of illicit activities, as all the major gangs did, but they particularly specialized in drugs and aquiring exotic goods.
The gang wore red to identify eachother somewhat, their name came from the Red reveler club which served as their headquarters.
Many people believe Vena was the founder of the orginization, due to him ruling longer than they've been alive. This however is not true. Vena merely wrestled control from the previous ruler after he arrived in Bersail and wormed his way in.
At its peak the revelers controlled near half of bersail, controlling the middle to upper interior part of Bersail.
During the end of the witchhunts, when the witchhunters arrived in Bersail, The revelers allied with the witchhunters. They got many of the witchhunters in their palm through blackmail and getting them to "sin" and then hold it over their head. This was part of Vena his plan to try and control the witchhunters for his own goals.
In the end allying with the witchhunters only got the red revelers targeted by The 5 families of Bersail once the witchhunters started targeting them, in a way the red revelers reached to high and fell down.
Another reason for their downfall was their battle with the Smugglers of Magic, an at the time new gang which was rapidly growing in influence. In a direct battle between the leaders of both gangs the Smugglers eventually defeated the Revelers. During this both Vena(the gang's leader) and Delwyn(the only truly viable successor) were killed.
After the complete destruction of the red revelers, the gang fell apart with nobody left to take leadership. Its members quickly joined other gangs or split into various small groups which canibalized eachother.
