Efren

Efren was an NPC who appeared in the Smugglers of magic campaign.
Efren was a Human Man who was involved with the The Stolen in Bersail. While not the leader Efren managed various seperate business affairs of the crime gang. He was a smart and well connected man, who owed his life to the gang as a whole and thus was loyal to its success.
Efren was a skilled liar, had great insight and was a trained thief, being particularly skilled with sleight of hand. Efren his thieving skills came from his past before he took on a more manegerial role in the Stolen.
