The Ithorylion Colonies

Strangers from across the sea arrive on the shores of Kordania. A colonizing expedition of Ithorylion elves, accompanied by a labor force of enslaved peoples from across Gaio, land in the Dales and begin the founding of three settlements from which to expand their dominion in Kordania.

Foreign sails are sighted on the horizon to the south of the Dalean shores. A colonizing fleet from the elven Ithorylion Empire makes landfall along the Brakern Coast, and set about the construction of new settlements to take advantage of the untapped resources of Kordania. However, the local Dalean's do not take kindly to this perceived invasion, in particular the Pyrachoskoppi centaurs. The arrogance of the elven magisters and overseers, plus the evident signs of slavery among the colonies, outrages the natives and war erupts between the native Dalean’s and the Ithorylion colonies.   Despite the power of the mages in the Ithorylion ranks, the sheer power of the furious Dalean warriors and their druidic sages see each of the colonial settlements razed to the ground and the Ithorylion ships destroyed. A large number of the slaves are able to escape their bonds and flee to safety. They are not left unharmed however, as the zealous and xenophobic Pyrachoskoppi harry them in their flight, uncaring that they are noncombatants.
