Saving Throw: Dexterity - Negate   All creatures in the affected area must make a Strength or Dexterity saving throw or take 3d8 Bludgeoning damage.
Medium or smaller creatures who fail their saving throw are also dragged into the spout, suffering the following effects:  
  • Trapped for 1d3 Rounds.
  • Take 2d8 Bludgeoning damage at the start of their Turn.
  • Are ejected from the top of the spout when the Trapped effect ends, landing 1d8 *5ft from the base of the spout.
  • Takes appropriate Falling damage from the ejection, and if the spout's height is cut short by a solid surface.
Additionally, waterborne creatures and objects within 10ft of the spout must also make a save and suffer the same effects, if they are Medium or smaller.
Finally, vessels of 10ft or less in length must also make a save.   As a Move action, you may move the cylinder 30ft, or designate a pattern for the cylinder to follow automatically, such as moving in a 30ft square pattern.
Automatic movement occurs at the end of your Turn.   This spell must be cast, and remain, on a body of water that is at least 10ft wide and 20ft deep within the spell's Range.   Material Component: Radiant Flowing Vaaryte with a value of 500g   Higher Spell Slot:
When cast with a higher spell slot, the damage dice increases as follows:  
  • 8th Level Spell - d10.
  • 9th Level Spell - d12.
