• A festival is held in a town square, which is actually a ghost town.
• A band of people in a meadow appear as chirping birds.
• A squadron of troops only reveal every fifth individual.

Once the illusion is set, it cannot be changed.
Attempts to scry on the area automatically detect the illusion without any saving throw to disbelieve its effects.
Direct observation allows for a Wisdom save to see through the illusion, if there is cause to disbelieve its effects.
