Saving Throw: Charisma & Strength - Negate, see text The affected area becomes a tear in the fabric of reality, applying the following effects: Within 20ft:
All unattended objects of 100lb. or less are sucked into the maelstrom.
All creatures in the area must make a Charisma saving throw or suffer the same fate. Within 21-40ft:
A Windstorm affects the area, dragging all unattended objects of 50lb. or less towards the inner area of the maelstrom.
All creatures in the area must make a Strength saving throw or suffer the same fate, followed by the above effect. Successful saving throws allow a creature to act normally, but still suffer the normal effects of the Windstorm, if within the outer area.
If a creature succeeds their Strength save, and later enters the inner area, they must still make a Charisma save. The maelstrom is a one-way portal onto the Astral Sea, upon which a creature is flung to a random plane.
Each affected creature is subject to a separate roll to determine their destination.
You must first roll 1d6 to determine the type of plane, followed by another 1d6 to determine the destination, as follows:
The final destination on the plane is chosen at the DM's discretion.
Depending on the destination, both the affected subjects and yourself may suffer the fury of divinity for intruding and tearing at reality itself. Material Component: Radiant Crimson Netheryte with a value of 1.000g
