This spell functions similarly to Unseen Servant, except it has the ability to steal from others.
The thief has the following properties:

• As a Free action, you may direct the thief to steal a random or specific object from another creature.
• The thief makes Stealth checks as follows: d20 + your CL + your spellcasting modifier.
• If the thief remains undetected, they can steal any object a creature possesses, but is not actively holding or wearing.
• Items in a Bag of Holding can also be stolen.
• Once the thief steals an object, it will immediately bring it back to you before it can attempt to steal again.
• The stolen item becomes invisible in the thief's hand.
• Stealing requires 1 Round, and delivering the item also takes 1 Round.
• If the thief is detected, it fails to steal, but may perform another attempt later.
• Cannot be harmed, but can be dispelled.
• Cannot break into locked containers.
• Cannot steal unattended objects.
• The thief may attempt a Disarm Attack to steal a held item, as follows: d20 + your CL + your spellcasting modifier.
  However, upon returning the item, the spell ends.
