Any creature attempting to cast a Healing spell in the area must succeed a Caster Level check with a DC equal to 10 + your CL.

• On a failed check, the spell instead deals Necrotic damage to any affected subjects equal to the caster's CL.
• On a successful check, the Healing spell takes effect as normal.

Additionally, any solid rest in the area does not provide any benefits.
Finally, Undead creatures in the area restore a number of HP each Hour equal to their total HD.
The spell's effect can be ended by a Remove Curse spell.
