You create a 120ft wide demi-plane of your design.
Once created, the demi-plane slowly expands by 60ft per Year, and you may freely travel to it by any planar magic available to you.
You may also choose to cast the spell again to increase the demi-plane's area by 120ft.
You must spend 8 Hours each day for 1 Week to cast this spell.
During this time, you cannot engage in any adventuring activities.
Vegetation and constructed elements and objects must be brought to the demi-plane manually, as you cannot create life or mundane objects with this spell.
Any desired magical effects on the demi-plane must be added yourself after finishing the spell.
Additionally, you cannot alter the flow of time on the demi-plane.
Finally, you cannot create the demi-plane out of materials with great intrinsic value, such as gold, gems, or other materials.
This spell may be used once per week.
