A wooden duplicate of yourself springs from the tree.
This duplicate is clearly made of wood, but resembles you enough that anyone familiar with you can recognize its facial features.
The following properties apply to you and your duplicate:

• The duplicate has a number of HP equal to your Character Level.
• The duplicate mimics your Standard actions, unless you use a Move action to direct it to perform a different Standard action.
• You can see and hear clearly from the duplicate's perspective.
• As a Free action, you may switch your senses between yourself and the duplicate, but your own body is considered Blinded and Deafened until you switch back.
• As a Standard action, you can switch places with your duplicate, but this reduces the spell's duration by 5 Rounds.
  This is considered a Conjuration and Teleportation effect, and cannot be used if the spell's duration has less than 5 Rounds remaining.
• You may use your duplicate as a conduit for casting spells with a Range of Touch or greater as if cast by yourself, except for point of origin.
• The duplicate cannot cast spells on itself.
• All melee Attack rolls by the duplicate are made with Disadvantage, and deal damage equal to your Unarmed Strike.

If you are currently affected by Forest Eyes and Forest Voice, the duration is doubled and the Range is Far.
If the duplicate moves beyond the spell's range, or you lose line of effect to it, it vanishes instantly.
