You gain the ability to eavesdrop on the thoughts of other creatures, and implant ideas in their minds.
Upon casting, you must choose eight living subjects within 300ft to be affected by this spell.
Each subject must make a Intelligence saving throw or have their minds linked to yours.
As a Standard action, you may delve into the minds of the subjects.
Doing so allows you to listen to either of the following:

• A ceaseless chaos of surface thoughts.
• Individual trains of thought in any order you desire.
• Study of the thoughts and memories of a single creature.
• Information on a particular topic from each creature.
  You may focus on a specific topic a number of times equal to your CL.

Alternatively, as a Standard action, you may attempt to use Suggestion on a single subject, with the DC of this spell.
A successful save does not negate the other effect of this spell.
Each subject can only be affected by a single suggestion made by this spell.
