All nearby creatures suffer the following effects, depending on their HD compared to your CL:

• Greater than CL - No Effect.
• Equal - Dazed for 1 Round.
• Less than CL - Takes 2d6 Strength damage for 2d4 Rounds, and the above.
• Less than CL -5 - Paralyzed for 1 Minute, and the above.
• Less than CL -10 - Instantly dies.

Affected creatures may attempt a Wisdom saving throw against each separate effect.
If the creature is Paralyzed by this spell, they may attempt an additional save each Turn as a Full action.
Additionally, if this spell affects an extraplanar creature, they must also make a Charisma saving throw or be affected by the Banishment spell.
