You tear a 3ft long rift in the fabric of reality in the form of an ebon blade.
Upon casting, perform a spell Attack against a target within range.
On a successful hit, the target must make a Constitution saving throw or be affected by a 9th level Disintegrate spell.
As a Swift action, if you continue to Concentrate on the spell, the blade performs another spell Attack on the same target on your Turn.
Alternatively, you may direct the blade towards another target within range with a Standard action.
The blade possesses the following properties:

• The blade cannot be harmed, but has an AC equal to 10 + your CL for the purposes of certain methods of dispelling.
• The blade can affect Ethereal and Incorporeal creatures without penalty.
• The blade can pass through any magical barrier of the same spell level, but not any areas devoid of magic, or affected by anti-magic, such as Anti-Magic Field.
• The blade does not provide Flanking to yourself or any other creature.
• If the blade goes beyond the spell's Range, or leaves your line of sight, the spell ends.
• The blade can be dispelled by Dimensional Anchor or Dispel Magic.
