This spell functions similarly to Bestow Curse, except the standard curses, and general power level, change as follows:

• A single Ability Score is reduced to 1.
• Disadvantage and a -5 Circumstance penalty on all d20 rolls.
• At the start of their Turn, the target has a 75% chance to become unable to take any actions until their next Turn.

Additionally, you must specify a task which will remove the curse.
This must be something the subject could feasibly accomplish within 1 Year, alone or otherwise, assuming they undertake the task immediately.
This curse can only be removed by accomplishing the specified task, or by the exceptional effects of Divinity, Miracle, or Wish.
