On a successful hit, the target must make a Constitution saving throw or lose half its Current HP and be Stunned for 1 Round.
A successful save negates the Stun effect, but not the HP loss. The target's blood vessels then animate into an adhesive tissue for 1 Minute, erupting from the target and anchoring to two nearby surfaces within a 20ft radius Spread.
The target becomes Entangled, and all other creatures in the affected area must make a Dexterity saving throw.
An Entangled creature must succeed a DC 30 Concentration check to cast or focus on spells. Once freed, a creature must make a DC 10 Strength or Dexterity saves to successfully move through the mass.
Creatures with 5ft of mass between them are considered Shrouded.
Creatures with 20ft of mass between them are considered Concealed.
