Saving Throw: Strength/Dexterity - Partial, see text   You conjure an avalanche, affecting creatures in the area as follows:   Inner Area (Within 20ft of Center):
All creatures must make a Strength or Dexterity saving throw or take 4d10 Crushing damage, 8d10 Frost damage, and become buried in snow.
A successful save negates being buried, and halves the damage taken.
Additionally, the affected area is covered in Heavy Snow, which persists as normal snow.   Outer Area (Within 21-40ft of Center):
All creatures must make a Strength or Dexterity saving throw or take 2d10 Bludgeoning damage, 4d10 Frost damage, and be knocked back 5ft.
A successful save negates the knockback, and halves the damage taken.
Additionally, the affected area is covered in Snow, which persists as normal snow.   Small trees and vegetation is uprooted, turning the affected area into Mundane difficult terrain, once the snow melts.
Structures take 1d6 *10 damage.
The avalanche extinguishes all flames in its path, mundane or magical.   A buried creature is unable to move, has a Speed of 0, and must make a DC 15 Constitution check or take 1d6 Frost damage per Round.
On a successful check, the creature takes 1d6 Non-Lethal damage.
As a Full action, a buried creature may attempt to free themselves with a DC 20 Strength or Dexterity check.
Alternatively, another creature may spend 1 Minute to free the creature.   Material Component: Radiant Frozen Vaaryte with a value of 1.000g
