Wave of the Leviathan

One of the five Paths of Enlightenment under Positive Loccism, the state religion of the Sea of Hope. Also called Snake Worshipers, adherents of this Path hold up the Leviathan (a mythical sea beast) as a metaphor for Truth. Some adherents are said to believe the Leviathan is real, swimming somewhere out in the Sea of Smoke and granting wisdom to those who find it. Most, however, understand the Leviathan's role as a metaphor.
