Sparda

Also called Neo-Gangs, Sparda are organized street-gangs that have sworn their allegiance to a specific GenoCorp in exchange for protections and payoffs. Sparda are still criminal syndicates, but they are expected to aim their exploits at the property (and people) of enemy GenoCorps, often under specific direction.
