Skeleton Road

In the latter days of Gaia-18, Railroads are thought to have been a business that had connected nearly the entire continent, but the Central Revolutions that would lead to the birthing of Gaia-19 resulted in a total breakdown in the Pangean Railroad System.
In Vesper, the lone relic of this more hopeful era is the Skeleton Road, a single line of railway that survived the evolution of Vesper Sound to the City of Light. Most of the Skeleton Road runs parallel to the Fairway of the Furies, all on the southside of the City. Asphalt covers many parts of the old railway, with dozens if not hundreds of roads having been built after its decommission, but there are also many spots where portions of the railroad tracks can be seen poking out or even emerging from the asphalt, like a frozen beast escaping a melting glacier.
Nowadays, the Skeleton Road is best known for the Bone Sushay, an annual tradition among teenagers and young adults, involving a days-long travel by foot from the railroad's "origin" in Arda Majora down to the 2nd Importal, ending with various unlicensed and illegal parties, some (but not all) of which will inevitably be broken up by police.
