Dharkara

One of the Greater Cith of the Sea of Hope. Their name means, "The People of the Dragon." This is widely assumed to be a reference to the Wave Dragons that the Shovai use to traverse the Sea of Hope, but it is actually a reference to the Dragon Flower, a mythical plant that was said to cure all illnesses.
