Circle of Isai

An unofficial governing body in Midianar, the Circle of Isai is a religious advisory group that provides counsel upon request to the Circle of Elders, the official rulers of the citystate. The Circle of Isai, named for the Isai priestesses among its ranks, once held official power, back when the Midianari still occupied the Argoli-Medini Coast, but their power was shattered after the First Storm, and the Second Storm rendered the Uanshar all but illegal in their own homes.
