Mind Stasis: Speeds up your Cognitive Abilities, so the World feeels frozen to you. You cannot move faster but can take in all the Details of the Moment.

Body Stasis: Your Body falls into Hibernation. Your mind stays awake for several minutes, then falls asleep. once you have fallen asleep you cannot wake up on your own, you are in a coma. Short Time uses: Holding breath, stopping an injury from killing you while you are being patched up.

Dangers

Hibernation happens if you stay in stasis for too long. You loose lucidity and can only be woken again by external influences. Your Body also does not heal, but does not degenerate further. Stasis is generally not a comfortable experience as you feel paralysed each time.

Treatment

Stretching your limity. Again and Again and Again.
